Hello Everyone,
I am moving out of my beautiful room in Messel, near Darmstadt. It is suitable for students from TU. It is a spacious room on first floor and you will be sharing the apartment with one other guy. The kitchen and washroom are also shared with the single person. The kitchen has everything such as oven, new fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. The room has a work table, a bed, and chair, and two other small closets to keep small things. It also has a new wardrobe. The kitchen has a new dinning table to have your food. The washing machine and drying are available in the basement for your use. The bathroom is pretty clean and is usually empty all the time.
The transport connection is very good to Darmstadt. You can reach TU in 15 minutes by bus. The train station is only 3 minutes walk away from the house. The supermarket Aldi, Lidl is almost 6 minute's walk from the room. The nearest bus station is only 1 minute's walk from the room.
The roommate is very good and friendly. We sometimes cook food together and go for a walk or play board games. The place is also close to nature. There are plenty of trees, gardens with long running and cycling tracks. The roommate studies and works partly and is only visible at the place in the evenings. Sun will directly come into your room. We like to keep the apartment clean together and have already a fixed cleaning plan. This is probably one of the best place to relax and have fun after the busy day.
I am moving our this place as I got another place. You can stay here with a contract for either six or twelve months and get the city registration done, if you want you can also extend your stay afterwards. City registration office is very close and you can get it down within few days. The immigration office here is also swift, friendly, responsive than other places.
