My name is José Antonio Flores Gutiérrez, I am a new master student in physics at the Freie Universität Berlin, I am particularly interested in your apartment because of the amenities which fit with my needs. I am looking for a stable tenancy for period of one year if possible, I am 24 years old, I studied physics in México (I come from Mexico) I speak Spanish, English and I am currently learning German. This is my first time in this beautiful city, Berlin. Likewise, I am quiet and respectful of others’ privacy, and have always had a good relationship with my previous landlords in Mexico. My hobbies are reading, going to museums, going to cinema, running and if possible go to listen to some concert in classical music. I am very aware of the responsibilities that I have to cover as:

• pay the full rent on time,

• do not disturb others,

• care for your property
