Zwei Fenster, drei Steckdosen, Laminat. Das Zimmer geht raus zum Flur. Das gesamte Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, es gibt also in keinem der Zimmer Verkehrslärm, nur ab und zu den Mann von der Stadt mit dem Laubbläser. :)
Zu Fuß sind es etwa fünf Minuten bis in die Innenstadt, in wenigen Minuten ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar sind auch Supermärkte, Finanzamt, Herder-Gymnasium und Kurt-Tucholsky-Gesamtschule, ebenso die Fachhochschule. Lage ist Glacis, also sehr ruhig, viele Bäume, einen kleinen Garten gibt es auch, Parkplätze findet man eigentlich immer direkt vor der Haustür.
Es ist eine Berufstätigen-WG, also nicht jeden Abend Party, aber Bier und/oder Schnack in der Küche verweigert sich niemand. :) Mit dem Saubermachen wechseln wir uns ab.
