Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster zum Markt und ist dadurch sehr hell, das ist sehr praktisch, falls man Zimmerpflanzen hat. Es sind Lammetten-Rollos an den Fenstern. Es sind Doppelfenster und deswegen hört man nichts von draußen. Es gibt zwei Heizkörper und die Decken sind ziemlich hoch. Die Wände sind alle weiß, als Boden ist aktuell ein Holz-Look Linoleum verlegt. Innen ist ein Vorhang vor der Tür zur Küche, die Türen sind durchscheinend mit Milchglas. Die Türen sind nicht sehr Schallisoliert.

Direkt man Markt. Bushaltestelle, Rossmann, Post uvm. in einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die WG ist gut belebt und es handelt sich hier um keine Zweck-WG, alle sind befreundet und wir wollen dich auch auf jedenfall kennenlernen, bevor du einziehst. In der Küche/Wohnbereich kann man sich super gemeinsam aufhalten, es wird auch mal gemeinsam gekocht und es gibt eine Dartscheibe. Und natürlich gibts auch ab und zu kleine Partys. Einmal im Jahr sind wir alle zusammen Veranstalter der Yeah-Party, unserer großen WG Party, die in Mittweida ziemlich gut bekannt ist. Das ist ein Event, auf das du Lust haben solltest.

In den 250€ sind alle Warmkosten enthalten. Dazu würde nur noch Internet kommen.
