Ich, Valeska (26), ziehe nach Köln um, deswegen wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer zum 15.12.2020 frei.
Unsere WG wurde letztes Jahr komplett renoviert, alles wurde neu gemacht. Das hier angebotene Zimmer ist 14 qm groß. Dank eines großen Fensters ist es sehr hell, es kann aber dank Außen-Rollos komplett abgedunkelt werden.
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, du kannst dir alles so einrichten, wie du es haben möchtest.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, außerdem verfügt sie über eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit großem Esstisch und 2 Bädern, die wir jeweils zu zweit teilen. Die Küche ist der hellste und sonnigste Raum der Wohnung, aus dem Fenster schaut man direkt auf eine grüne Umgebung. An Küchengeräten und Equipment haben wir alles, bis auf eine Spülmaschine. Im Keller befinden sich 2 Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner, diese teilen wir uns mit zwei anderen WG´s in unserem Wohnhaus. Außerdem befindet sich dort ein Raum für Fahrräder.

The room will be available at 15 th of December in 2020.
Our flat was completely renovated last year, everything is brand new. The room is 16 square meters, it’s very bright and you also have the option of making it completely dark closing the blinds.
The room is not furnished, so you can be really creative doing whatever feels comfortable for you.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, it has a cozy kitchen with a large dining table and 2 bathrooms, which we share in pairs. The kitchen is the also bright and sunny, from the window you can see a green area. Unfortunately, we do not have a dishwasher but it’s not a big deal. We have everything in the kitchen, including the electronic devices.
In the basement, there are 2 washing machines and a dryer, which we share with two other shared apartments in our house. There is also a room for bicycles.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss.
Von hier aus bist du in 3 Minuten zu Fuß an der Hochschule. Hier eine Parkmöglichkeit zu finden, ist eigentlich nie ein Problem, meistens kannst du direkt vor der Tür parken. Außerdem befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestellen im nächsten Umkreis. Die Haltestelle Hochschule ist direkt vor der Tür, von hier aus bist du in 5-8 min in der Stadt.
Ein Rewe-Markt, mehrere Bäckereien und ein Kiosk erreichst du in nur wenigen Geh-Minuten.
The apartment is on the second floor.
From here you can walk to the university, it’s only 3 minutes. For parking you have several options and most of the time you can park right in front of the door. We’re surrounded by some bus stops, the closest one is Hochschule which is 1 min by walking. From here you can be in the city center or Marienplatz in 5-8 minutes.
The closest supermarket is Rewe market (as you can see in the map) and there also several bakeries and a kiosk in just a few minutes.
In unserer WG erwartet dich ein harmonisches Umfeld, wir treffen uns ab und zu, um essen zu gehen, zu kochen oder einen Spieleabend zu machen. Wir sind also keine reine Zweck-WG.
Du ziehst in eine WG mit:
Marie (26), ist Referendariat an einer Realschule
Vanessa (22), Studentin, Textil und Bekleidungstechnik.
Xenia (20), macht ein FSJ in einer Mutter-Kind-Klinik
Für die Aufteilung der Haushaltsaufgaben haben wir eine App, in regelmäßigen Abständen muss also jeder mal ran! :-D wir legen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit!
A very nice atmosphere awaits for you in our apartment. We try to spend sometime together, to go out for eating, cooking sometimes together or have a night playing games. We like socializing which each other and not just living in a shared apartment.

Xenia (20), doing her FSJ and works in an mother-child-clinic
About cleaning: we have an app for dividing household duties, so everyone do it in regular basis! :-D we appreciate an organized and clean place
