Wir (2 Mädels, 1 Kerl) sind eine nette und lustige Studenten-/Schüler-WG zwischen 21 und 30 und suchen für unser 12 qm freies Zimmer eine Nachmieterin ab sofort.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Alten Markt und alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zur FH sind es mit dem Bus ca 15 Minuten. Der Bahnhof ist ca 5 Minuten entfernt.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und wir haben eine Waschmaschine. Im Bad befindet sich eine schöne große Wanne. Die Möbel in dem Zimmer können für 200,00€ übernommen werden (Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bett, Spiegel)
Du solltest nett und aufgeschlossen sein und das WG-Leben nicht nur als Zweckgemeinschaft sehen. Bei Interesse melde dich einfach, wir beantworten natürlich auch alle Fragen und schicken bei Bedarf weitere Fotos.
