Ich vermiete mein sehr schönes und helles Zimmer wegen eines Praktikums an eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für August 2013 (Mitte September ginge event. auch). Unsere WG ist groß, hell (Küche, Bad) und sehr freundlich (Mitbewohnerinnen). Meine Mitbewohnerinnen studieren beide, sind sehr umgänglich und hilfsbereit, aber vermutlich im August (leider) nicht immer da.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, der Hbf ist direkt um die Ecke, von dort kommt man schnell nach Düsseldorf/Köln(..), zur Hochschule hier in Gladbach, zum alten Markt.... Ein Rewe ist direkt gegenüber.
Mein Zimmer bleibt möbliert und ich würde dir für den einen Monat etwas Platz verschaffen(Platz im Schrank). Das können wir dann absprechen.
