A 12m2 room, clear, with a wooden floor, at the 1st floor of a three storey house dating from 1920, with a nice and quiet garden surrounded by trees. Independant bathroom/toilet next to the room to be shared with the other student. Access to dining room, kitchen and garden. Kitchen open on the garden. Two cats come and go.

Very easy transport connection and many facilities : 2 subway stops from Paris/East: line 9 Croix de Chavaux, direct Nation (10') Opéra/République (25’). Direct to Châtelet from the city of Vincennes- The area is very central, within 5' at the border of the city and wood and Castle of Vincennes (subway line 1 and RER train A). Velib’ parking.
Two big parks near the house and all shops : supermarket, bakers, grocery, Italian restaurant and wine bar as well as a cinema, restaurants, bars, etc.
I have a list of the most interesting places around the house.

I look for a serious, open and independant person . Another male student (History) lives in the house. I used work in the cultural field and I am quite concerned and active towards environnement. I will be pleased to share the interesting places to see in Paris and around : exhibitions, hikes around Paris (many beautiful rivers, castles, forests within a few miles and accessible by train etc). I enjoy sharing conversations or a meal but it is not an obligation. I had many different nationalities those last years and appreciate exchanges. French and English spoken.

The room can be rented from mid January 2025 until summer or over. I can be contacted by mail or sms preferably and I answer within 24h. APL/CAF possible.
