Die gesamte Wohnung wurde gerade erst neu renoviert hat helle Wände und ist ca. 70qm groß. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein großes Kellerabteil, wo auch Fahrräder untergebracht werden können. Die Zimmer sind etwa 9-10 qm und 12-13 qm groß.
Die helle Wohnküche und der Balkon sind auch sehr schön. Auch das Bad ist sehr neu.
Die Küche besteht aus einer Küchenzeile mit Spühle und zwei Heizplatten. Eine Waschmaschiene müsste noch angeschafft werden. Wenn wir die Wohnung zu zweit Mieten kostet das Zimmer etwa 550 Euro im Monat, zu dritt wären es nur etwa 360 Euro.
Die Wohnung ist in Fußweite zum Bahnhof. Man läuft etwa 5 Minuten. Der nah gelegene Netto ist ebenso schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt kommt man auch in 15 Minuten. Der Balkon geht zu einer Art grünem Innenhof raus, sodass man vom Autoverkehr kaum etwas mitbekommt. Die Hochschule erreicht man in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Ich studiere seit dem Wintersemester 2019 Angewandte Psychologie an der TH Rosenheim Standort Mühldorf am Inn. Da meine bisherige Mitbewohnerin umzieht suche ich zwei neue Mitbewohnerinnen. Idealerweise suchen ich jemanden, in einer ähnlichen Lebenslage und Alter. Ob Studium oder Ausbildung ist eigendliche egal, hauptsache, du bist aufgeschlossen und hast Lust, auch mal was gemeinsam zu unternehmen! :)
