A clean apartment with 3 rooms in total. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven and dishwasher and a medium-sized refrigerator. Unfortunately there is no washing machine yet. We plan to buy one together once the 3rd person is settled.
Your room overlooks the garden part of the house. Since the room is unfurnished, you will need to bring furniture yourself. We pay 650 kalt and 800 € warm rent in total for 2 people. When you settle in the warm rent will increase a little bit.
So you can expect to pay 280-300 eur warm rent for this room.
The house is located on Mühltal Schlossgartenstraße.
It is a 1-minute walk from the bus stop and it takes around 30 minutes in total to reach Luisenplatz by public transport.
It is also a 12-minute walk from Nieder Ramstadt Bahnhof. It is possible to go directly to Frankfurt with the RB82 train from this station.
My name is Batu, I am 23 years old. I just started my master's degree in TU Aerospace Engineering. My flatmate Alp is 19 years old and he is attending to a language school in Darmstadt.
We both speak English. Alp's German is at B1 level and I am barely A2. When we are free, we cook together or go out drinking. We tried to strike a balance where we could both have fun occasionally and respect each other's personal time.
