We offer student accommodation (WG-Zimmer) in our privately owned and managed 3 student houses in Duisburg (Neudorf) and Mülheim.

2 rooms in Student-WG in Mülheim Falkstr. 23, available.
1. room ID FAL-01-M, from 01. Feb, Rent 470 EUR, view to garden
2. Room ID FAL-04-M, from 01. Feb or from 01. March, Rent 480 EUR, direct access to the garden (see fotos)
Additionally, to be paid ~8 EUR Internet + 3 EUR GEZ
ONLY for students, researchers, scientific workers, language course students, and medical students.
Minimum! Rental period 12 months. No exceptions.
Official rental contract and documents for Anmeldung are provided.
Each WG-room will be provided to the tenant fully furnished:
