Da es mich beruflich nach Stuttgart verschlägt, suche ich einen Nachmieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß und aktuell Teil einer 4er WG. Mit dabei ist Bad (Dusche und Badewanne), EBK, Balkon und Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Zur FH sind es ca. 10 min und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe. Im Moment teile ich mir die WG mit 2 Textildesignerinnen und einem Eurokauffmann. Möbel können teilweise, nach absprache übernommen werden.
