The apartment is located in a side street that departs from the middle ring. . The bus and tram are run for three minutes, to the Rotkreuzplatz (U1/U7, Rewe, DM, Döner ) five minutes. To the S-Bahn stop Donnersberger Bridge you need 10 min by bike.
The district Neuhausen-Nymphenburg is beautiful, at the Olympiapark you can cycle in approx. 10 minutes and the Nymphenburg Castle is also available in about 15 minutes.

Das möbilierte Zimmer ist 19 qm groß wurde im Dez. 19 mit Laminatboden ausgestattet. Durch die weißen Wände und das große Fenster ist es schön hell. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit: 1,40 großes Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Schlafcouch und Beamer :)

Es geht zum Innenhof raus und ist deshalb echt ruhig.
Die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit Backofen, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle und ein Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und einer Waschmaschine.
Der Balkon gehört zu Valie‘s Zimmer, kann aber natürlich gerne auch von dir genutzt werden, nach Absprache ◡̈
In der Küche steht mittlerweise ein kleiner Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen. :)

Location

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße die vom mittleren Ring abgeht. . Zum Bus und zur Tram läuft man drei Minuten, zum Rotkreuzplatz ( U1/U7, Rewe, DM, Döner ) fünf Minuten. Zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle Donnersberger Brücke braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 10 min.
Das Viertel Neuhausen-Nymphenburg ist wunderschön, am Olympiapark ist man mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 10 Minuten und zum Nymphenburger Schloss kommt man auch in ca. 15 min.

Valie ist 26 und studiert hier in München Lehramt für berufliche Schulen mit den Fächern Gesundheit und Sport und schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit.

Normalerweise ist sie super fit, aktiv und viel unterwegs. Gerade ist sie leider etwas eingeschränkt, da sie sich beim skaten das Wadenbein gebrochen hat…
Wär also super, wenn du sie hin und wieder unterstützt, wenn nötig.
Ansonsten spielt sie im Verein Fußball ⚽️ und trifft sich super gerne mit Freunden um irgendwas Aktives zu machen.
Es wird ausschließlich jemand gesucht, der auch interessiert an einem gemeinschaftlichen WG leben ist. 🫶🏼
