Hallo! Ich vermiete mein Zimmer langfristig ab dem 01.02.2025. Dieses Apartment ist ausschließlich für Frauen.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in Rohrbach, 85296 Rohrbach, Werner-von-Siemens-Strasse 1. nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Von dort aus können Sie den RE nehmen und in 30 Minuten München erreichen oder den RB für 45 Minuten. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und alle Kochutensilien sind ebenfalls vorhanden, sodass Sie nichts kaufen müssen.
Der Mietpreis beträgt 470 EUR pro Monat und umfasst Strom, Wasser und Internet. Außerdem brauchen Sie kein Waschpulver oder Toilettenpapier zu kaufen, da der Vermieter sich darum kümmert. Es gibt zweimal pro Woche eine Reinigungskraft für die Gemeinschaftsbereiche, Sie müssen nur Ihr eigenes Zimmer sauber halten. Es stehen zahlreiche Kühl- und Gefrierschränke zur Aufbewahrung Ihrer Sachen zur Verfügung. Alle werden von einer sehr freundlichen Vermieterin geführt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr freundlich. Die Kaution beträgt 2 Monatsmieten (940 eur)

Hello! I am renting my room long term from 01.02.2025. This apartment is exclusively for women.
The room is located in Rohrbach, 85296 Rohrbach, Werner-von-Siemens-Strasse 1. just 5 minutes walk from the main train station. From there you can take the RE and reach Munich in 30 minutes or the RB for 45 minutes. The room is fully furnished and all cooking utensils are also provided so you don't have to buy anything.
The rental price is 470 EUR per month and includes electricity, water and internet. Also, you don't need to buy washing powder or toilet paper as the landlord takes care of it. There is a cleaner for the common areas twice a week, you only have to keep your own room clean. There are many refrigerators and freezers for you to store things. All are managed by the very friendly landlady.
The room is very comfortably furnished and the roommates are very friendly. The deposit is 2 months rent (940 eur)
