I'm traveling in March and April and would like to sublet my apartment in Munich. Rental period flexible by arrangement, minimum 3 weeks, maximum 6 weeks. €1100 per month, i.e. €36.67 per day. 2 rooms are available. Living room (through room) and bedroom. The third room is permanently sublet to a student. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. WiFi, washing machine, etc. can be used.
Out of consideration for my roommate, I only want to rent to one person. If you are interested, the apartment can be viewed. But at least one video call is necessary. Rent and deposit must be paid at least 3 days in advance and you will receive the key.

Ich verreise im März und April und möchte meine Wohnung in München untervermieten. Mietdauer nach flexibel nach Vereinbarung, mindestens 3 Wochen, maximal 6 Wochen. 1100€ pro Monat, d.h. 36,67€ pro Tag. Zur Verfügung stehen 2 Zimmer. Wohnzimmer (Durchgangszimmer) und Schlafzimmer. Das dritte Zimmer ist dauerhaft an eine Studentin untervermietet. Bad und Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt. WLAN, Waschmaschine etc. kann genutzt werden.
Aus Rücksicht auf meine Mitbewohnerin möchte ich nur an eine Person vermieten. Bei Interesse kann die Wohnung besichtigt werden. Aber mindestens ein Videocall ist notwendig. Miete und Kaution müssen spätestens 3 Tage vorher bezahlt werden und Du erhälst den Schlüssel.
