Hey all,
we have a spare room in our international 4-person Co-Living Apartment available! Unfortunately one of our current flatmates is moving out and we are looking for a new flatmate.

The apartment was completely renovated in October 2019 and newly equipped. Are you looking for a beautifully furnished, clean room in a cool city apartment and social connection at the same time... then you are at the right place!! :)
The apartment has 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub and one separate room for the toilette.
The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes as well as a dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven. In addition, we have a dining area and in the living area a sofa and a Flat TV. In addition, there is one more room which offers a lot of storage space.

The room is 16 sqm and is completely furnished: bed with pillow and blanket, closet, desk, lamps, curtain, shelf, etc. so simply bring along clothes, move in, and feel good.
Once a week our cleaning lady comes and cleans all common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor).
The flat is located super central, inside a courtyard just next to Senglinger Str.
It is a 5-minute walk to Marienplatz and a 7-minute walk to Senglinger Tor, so it is super connected to both U-bahn and S-Bahn lines.
Restaurants, shopping, bars everything in direct surroundings, everything within walking distance.
