Das Zimmer welches frei wird ist mit 24qm das Größte Zimmer in der WG. Es hat zwei schöne große Fenster und ist rechteckig geschnitten.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig und hat viele Zimmer. WC und Bad sind voneinader getrennt außerdem gibt es noch eine Abstellkammer. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist voll ausgestattet, auch der Balkon geht von ihr ab und lädt zu Kniffel Runden und Aperol ein.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Lehel in direkter Nähe zur Isar und zur Eisbachwelle. Die U-Bahn Station und Tramstation Lehel liegt 6 min zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind natürlich auch gegeben.
In der WG wohnen noch Eva, Laura und Larissa. Die drei sind meistens wahnsinnig witzig und für Espresso Martini Abende, Frisbee Partien im Englischen Garten und ausgiebiges Sonntagsfrühstück zu haben.
Die WG ist absolut keine Zweck-WG, sondern eine kleine Familie. Da Eva, Laura und Larissa arbeiten solltest du am Besten auch einen strukturierten Tagesablauf haben, und Rücksicht auf die Anderen nehmen.
Die drei suchen eine neue nette Mitbewohner*in, der/die meistens lieb ist & einen guten Geschmack hat. Deswegen sag uns doch gerne, was auf deiner Pizza nicht fehlen darf!
