Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß, hell, hat hohe Decken mit Stuckverzierungen.
Der geräumige Schrank (Pax von Ikea) soll abgelöst werden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und Öffis sind schon in zwei Minuten zu erreichen (Station Kammerspiele). Darüber hinaus sind wir mit den Stationen Isartor (S-Bahn) und Marienplatz (S- und U-Bahn) ebenfalls gut angebunden. Trotz der Lage ist es in der Hildegardstraße sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt und hat damit eine perfekte Lage. Wir haben 150m2, wobei die Hälfte ungefähr "common space" ist (Küche, Bad, Toilette, Wohnzimmer, großer Flur).
Einmal die Woche wird professionell durchgeputzt (45 Euro), somit sind wir da alle fein raus.
Wir achten natürlich dennoch in der Zwischenzeit auf Sauberkeit.
Zusammenfassend kann man sagen wir sind alle berufstätig, unkompliziert und entspannt :)
