Suche befristet 3-4 Monate einen neuen Mitbewohner(in), gerne jemand der sich bereits im Arbeitsleben befindet oder Pendler ist. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, Küche, Balkon, Toilette und Bad getrennt. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Waschmaschine im Bad und einen Fahrradkeller im Innenhof.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert und hat einen Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch, ein Schlafsofa/Bett, eine Kommode, einen Esstisch, Pakettboden, (Fernseher) und 2 Fenster.
Ich arbeite in der Medienbranche spreche gut Englisch und ein wenig Französisch und freue mich stets über gute Gesellschaft.
Der öffentliche Nahverkehr (Trambahn 16/19/21, U4/5, S-Bahn Isartor) ist nur 2 Min. entfernt und man ist in 8 Min. zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum oder im englischen Garten, sowie in 3 Min. an der Isar.
Ich bin freiberuflicher Mediengestalter, gerne mit Freunden in der Natur unterwegs und zu Hause relaxt. Lass uns einfach kennenlernen und schauen, ob es passt.
