Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß, ist hell und hat hohe Decken.
Der geräumige Schrank (Pax von Ikea) soll übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und Öffis sind schon in 2 Minuten zu erreichen (Station Kammerspiele). Darüberhinaus sind wir mit den Stationen Isartor (S-Bahn) und Marienplatz (S- und U-Bahn) gut angebunden.Trotz Zentrum ist es sehr ruhig .
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt und hat damit eine perfekte Lage. Wir haben 150m2, wobei die Hälfte ungefähr "common space" ist (Küche, Bad, großes Wohnzimmer).
Einmal die Woche wird professionell durchgeputzt (45€), somit sind wir da fein raus ;). Wir achten dennoch in der Zwischenzeit auf Sauberkeit.
Wir sind all berufstätig, unkompliziert und entspannt, also solltest du das auch sein.
Bitte beachtet und respektiert unser gewünschtes Mindestalter. Anfragen, die nicht darunter fallen, werden aus Zeitgründen nicht berücksichtigt:)))
