Bright and spacious room in an apartment on Pariser Straße. The apartment has two sleeping rooms, one kitchen, one bathroom (incl. WC), a storage room, a passageway and a huge balcony (which I love :) )
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building (one more floor above us; the building has an elevator) with beautiful views from the balcony. The kitchen has a dish washer and space for up to four people to sit together. The shared balcony has even more space and sun from 3pm to sunset. In the basement we have a locked cabin as storage room and a shared washing machine and dryer.
We can talk to my flatmate about the extend to which her furniture (bed, office desk, cup board and such) can be taken over. The kitchen is already fully equipped.
The apartment is well situated in Haidhausen, specifically in the Franzosenviertel between Pariser Platz and Bordeauxplatz.
Ostbahnhof (one of the main train/bus stations in Munich) is just 4 minutes away by walk.
Supermarkets such as Edeka, Lidl, Aldi and dm are just footsteps away from the apartment.
There are many parks and green spaces located around. The neighbourhood is lively with bars, cafes and restaurants right around the corner, but our street is still rather calm and without much traffic.
For recreation, the Isarauen are just 10 minutes away by foot. The Englischer Garten is 20-25 minutes away by foot.
My name is Marvin and I am 32 years old. I work for an company located nearby. I’m from Germany and of course speak German, but also English and some Spanish. I love sports (especially football), food and meeting new people :)
After 1.5 years, my current flatmate is moving out end of March as she is moving to a different city. That's why I am looking for a new flatmate (gender doesn't matter) who is a bit talkative/ lively, not messy and non-smoking. There for sure needs to be some kind of "mutual personal fit and trust" to get along well, I don't want to live with just any random person :)
The monthly rent (1095 Euro) already includes the house's incidental usage costs (water, heating, waste management, facility manager, elevator), the electricity, the current wifi plan and the German radio tax.
We would share the cleaning chores and daily usage stuff (salt, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc) :)
As my contract with the landlord inlcudes a "graduated rent", the total rent increases by 40€ each year (in January). We would share the increase 50/50, so the your respective rent would incease by 20€ in January 2026 and every following January.
It is not allowed to subrent the room or the whole apartment.
I love dogs, but animals (and smoking) are not allowed inside the apartment as agreed to with the landlord.
