Großes Zimmer (20 qm) mit Balkon Grundfläche (4,77 qm) und du kannst natürlich alles andere mitbenutzen. Ich möchte es für maximal 6 Monate untervermieten. Beim Einzug oder Auszug bin ich flexibel.

Zwischen Ostbahnhof (750m) und Max-Weber Platz (900m). Die Straße ist eher ruhig, weil der Verkehr gut umgeleitet wird.

Ich bin der einzige Mitbewohner und hätte gerne einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin, die oder der mit mir meine Wohnung bewohnt.
Mir ist vorgestern aufgefallen, dass ich ein Zimmer zu viel habe. Aktuell nutze ich das Zimmer als Abstellfläche für mein Fahrrad und dafür ist das Zimmer eigentlich zu schön. Um einzuziehen musst du aber kein Fahrrad sein!

Bin unter der Woche meistens in der Arbeit, aber auch manchmal im Home-Office. Hab meinen Home-Office Schreibtisch in meinem Schlafzimmer, du kannst also die Küche paralell nutzen. Ich geh gerne bouldern, klettern, graveln, skitouren, mountainbiken, wandern und manchmal sitze ich auch einfach nur in der Küche oder an der Isar. Aber ich mach alles nur hobbymäßig, also ich bin kein Extremsportler.

Ich denke es wäre gut, wenn du auch ähnliche Interessen hast: nicht, weil ich das die ganz Zeit mit dir machen will, sondern weil es dann gut passen könnte.

I am the only flatmate and would like a flatmate to share my apartment with me.
I realized the day before yesterday that I have one room too many. I'm currently using the room to store my bike and it's actually too nice for that. But you don't have to be a bike to move in!

I'm usually at work during the week, but sometimes I also work from home. I have my home office desk in my bedroom, so you can use the kitchen in parallel. I like bouldering, climbing, graveling, ski touring, mountain biking, hiking and sometimes I just sit in the kitchen or by the Isar. But I only do everything as a hobby, so I'm not an extreme athlete.

I think it would be good if you also have similar interests: not because I want to do this with you all the time, but because it might suit your mindset.
