The WG is in the 4th floor, accessible with elevator. This is the last floor of the building. The flat itself has a kitchen, a bathroom (bathtub + toilets) and each person has their own room.
The room to be rented out is 15m2, oriented towards the inner court therefore quiet. It is furnished, with:
- bed
- wardrobe
- small table
- desk
- chair

The flat is in a very nice and lively neighborhood, with supermarkets (Rewe, DM, Edeka), pharmacy, bakery and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The beloved Isar and Frühlingsanlage are a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is also ideally located in terms of public transport:
- 5 minutes walk away from the U1/U2 station Kolombusplatz
- 1 minute away from the bus 58/68

Currently living in the WG are Khyati (Indian), Ella (Swiss) and Berat (Turkish). Everyone is working or studying. Common language is English but we all speak German as well. Each has their own schedule, but we appreciate chatting in the kitchen or going out for dinner from time to time.

The total rent (Warmmiete) is 750 euros per month, including heating, electricity, internet. There is a storage for bikes, both inside the building and outside in the courtyard. Applications in English or German are welcome, please tell us about yourself.
