A large 17m2 WG room is available from 01 January 2025 for a long time. It has 3 large windows and there is ample sunlight even during winter. The rooms look at the inner courtyard and because of this it's very quiet.

The landlady is a single mother and her son (18) lives with us. There is also another PhD student at TUM living in another room.

This is a WG with a pet(see below) long term residents are sought. The warm rent includes everything and even the furniture. You can move in just with your bags.

The location is the best. 5 minutes by walk from Max Weber Platz U-Bahn, 4 minutes from Prinzregentstreasse u bahn, there's also tram 19,21,37 all within 5 minutes of walk. There's also all city busses nearby.

There's Edeka, Penny and a Rewe nearby. Ostbahnhof is just 15 minutes and Hauptbahnhof is 15 minutes.

You'll live just 100 meter from Klinikum rechts der Isar and amazing old Haidhausen area.

We are nice and live together sharing everything. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared. We don't have a cleaning plan but it works out as the landlady works from home and she takes care of most cleaning(including the trash) by herself as it's easier. The others are usually busy but there's always time for a nice chat in the kitchen or common foyer.

By the way, we also have a nice black labrador dog named Sammy, he's still young, not an adult and lives in the landlady's room. He won't disturb you, doesn't bark or makes noise. But you are always welcome to play with him and have a fun time with him.

Waschmaschine is included and you don't have to pay extra for anything. Also all appliances in the kitchen are shared. There's also shared utensils, plates and stuff. There's also a nice shared refrigerator with a freezer. The rooms also have has a cloth hanging stand, a nice armchair and a huge wardrobe for everything you need. The bed is huge with two soft matresses. All furniture is included in the rent.

I am going to be living in a Wohnung offered by my job and hence I'm leaving. So I decided to put up an advertisement here to help the landlady out.

(We prefer meeting in person so as to get to know you personally and you can also meet our pet to know him. We are usually free evenings during the week and weekends).
