Schönes 20,63 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer mit Fenstern, die viel Licht bieten :) Derzeit eingerichtet mit einem Doppelbett, einem kleinen Sofa und einer Kommode mit viel Platz.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Backofen, Herdplatten und einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einem hochwertigen Samsung-Waschtrockner ausgestattet, den wir bei unserem Einzug vor zwei Jahren gekauft haben.
Außerdem haben wir einen Abstellraum in der Wohnung - perfekt für Skier, Surfbretter, Koffer... + einen Keller :)
Für die Vermietung des Zimmers ist entweder eine Kaution oder eine Bürgschaft erforderlich.

Beautiful 20.63 square metre room with windows that provide plenty of light :) Currently furnished with a double bed, a small sofa and a chest of drawers with plenty of space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob and a fridge with freezer compartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a high-quality Samsung washer-dryer, which we bought when we moved in two years ago.
We also have a storage room in the flat - perfect for skis, surfboards, suitcases... + a cellar :)
Either a deposit or a guarantee is required to rent out the room.
Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. U-Bahn und S-Bahn, Tram und Busse sind alle innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. U5 und alle S-Bahnen ab Ostbahnhof verfügbar. Mehrere nächtliche Trams und Busse halten in der Nähe.
In der Nähe gibt es einen Lidl, einen Edeka und einen Aldi. Zwei DMs, eine davon im Ostbahnhof, die auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen bis 23 Uhr geöffnet ist. Auch viele Bäckereien für kleinere Einkäufe :)

Pretty much perfect positioning. Subway and S-Bahn, Tram and Busses all available within 3 minutes of walking. U5 and all S-Bahns available from Ostbahnhof. Multiple nightly trams and busses stop nearby.
There is a Lidl, an Edeka and an Aldi nearby. Two DMs, one of which located in Ostbahnhof and works even on Sundays and holidays up to 11 pm. Many bakeries for smaller shopping too :)
If you wanna do something together --> we're all for it :)
If you wanna chill at your room and study/watch series, that's also fine, no one is gonna bother you.
Cleaning schedule can be discussed when we get together to see who is at home and when so we can accommodate different work & study schedules. :))
