The flat is in a very nice and lively neighborhood, with supermarkets (Rewe, DM, Edeka), pharmacy, bakery and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The beloved Isar and Frühlingsanlage are a few minutes walk away.
The apartment is also ideally located in terms of public transport:
- 5 minutes walk away from the U1/U2 station Kolombusplatz
- 1 minute away from the bus 58/68
Derzeit leben in der WG Khyati (🇮🇳), Ella (🇨🇭) und Berat (🇹🇷). Alle sind berufstätig oder studieren. Die gemeinsame Sprache ist Englisch, aber wir sprechen alle auch Deutsch. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Zeitplan, aber wir plaudern gerne in der Küche.
Currently living in the WG are Khyati (🇮🇳), Ella (🇨🇭) and Berat (🇹🇷). Everyone is working or studying. Common language is English but we all speak German as well. Each has their own schedule, but we appreciate chatting in the kitchen.
Die Gesamtmiete (Warmmiete) beträgt 750 Euro pro Monat, einschließlich Heizung, Strom, Internet. Es gibt einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder, sowohl innerhalb des Gebäudes als auch draußen im Innenhof. Bewerbungen in Englisch oder Deutsch sind willkommen, erzähl gerne was über dich :)
The total rent (Warmmiete) is 750 euros per month, including heating, electricity, internet. There is a storage for bikes, both inside the building and outside in the courtyard. Applications in English or German are welcome, please tell us about yourself :)
