Du wirst dir in den ersten Monaten die wunderschöne Neubauwohnung mit 1 Mädchen und einem Jungen teilen (Spanier). Longterm werden nur 2 Personen in der Wohnung wohnen. Wir sind 33 und 35 Jahre alt und arbeiten. (Ärztin & Fluftfahrt). Gesucht wird jemand der humorvoll, positiv und reinlich ist. Gerne essen wir zusammen. Jeder hat aber auch seinen Rückzugsort.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Toiletten, eine Küche sowie ein extra Wohnzimmer. Wir haben auch einen Balkon den man in den warmem Monaten sehr gut nutzen kann. Ebenfalls kann der Garten mitbenutzt werden.
Möbel sind alle nahezu neu und in sehr gutem Zustand.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt: 1150€ (inkludiert alles plus es gibt einen variablen Anteil ja nach aktuellen Heizkostensteigerung aufgrund der aktuellen Lage und Verbrauch). Die Wohnung ist aber sehr ökonomisch.
Besichtigungen können gerne ab sofort nach Vereinbarung stattfinden.

We are looking for a new flatmate starting immediately (25. April or 1. of Mai), preferably a girl.
For the first few months, you will share this beautiful newly built apartment with one girl and one guy (Spanish). In the long run, only two people will live in the apartment. We are 33 and 35 years old and both working (doctor & aviation). We are looking for someone who is humorous, positive, and tidy. We enjoy eating together but also respect each other's personal space.
The apartment has two toilets, a kitchen, and a separate living room. There is also a balcony, which is great to use during the warmer months. Additionally, the garden can be used as well.
The furniture is nearly new and in very good condition.
The total rent is €1150 (including everything, plus a variable portion depending on heating cost increases due to the current situation and consumption). However, the apartment is very energy-efficient.
Viewings can be arranged immediately by appointment.
