Die Wohnung befindet sich im Münchner Westen (München-Lochhausen).
In 10 Minuten bist du bei der S-Bahn Station Lochhausen (S3), Lochhasen - Pasing: 5 Minuten, Lochhausen - Hauptbahnhof: 16 Minuten
Hier ist es sehr grün außen rum, in der ganzen Wohnung schaut man quasi raus ins Grüne und hat einen super idyllischen Ausblick.
Es gibt 3 Seen in der Nähe ca. 5 Minuten entfernt mit dem Fahrrad (Langwieder See, Lußsee, Birkensee).
Autobahnen sind auch gleich in der Nähe (A8 und A99).
Einen Supermarkt gibt es (bald, vmtl. im Frühling) direkt am Bahnhof Lochhausen, ansonsten gibt es einen Haufen Supermärkte ca. 3km entfernt in Gröbenzell (5 Minuten mit dem Auto, 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad).
Metzger, Bäcker, Obst- und Gemüseladen, Apotheke ca. 10 Minuten Fußläufig entfernt.

It is very green around here, the whole apartment looks out into the nature.
There are three lakes nearby, about 5 minutes away by bike (Langwieder See, Lußsee, Birkensee).
Highways are also nearby (A8 and A99).
There is a supermarket (soon, probably in spring) directly at Lochhausen S-Bahn station, otherwise there are a bunch of supermarkets about 3 km away in Gröbenzell (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike).
Butcher, baker, fruit and vegetable store, pharmacy approx. 10 minutes by foot.

Du wohnst mit mir, Julia, 32 Jahre zusammen. Ich bin gerne unterwegs, mache regelmäßig Yoga und gehe Bouldern. Entspanne aber auch gerne mal auf der Couch mit einem Film oder einem Buch. Kochen tu ich auch ganz gerne, wobei meine Motivation dazu ehrlicherweise immer etwas schwankt. Musik mag ich auch sehr und die könnte auch öfter mal in der Wohnung laufen.. ;-)

Ich würde sagen, dass ich eine recht umgängliche Person bin. Ich bin offen, neugierig und immer interessiert an neuen Menschen. Daher freue ich mich sicherlich, wenn wir auch das ein oder andere Mal gemeinsam Zeit verbringen, falls es passt. Allerdings alles eine Möglichkeit, kein Muss, das wird man ja dann alles sehen. :-)

Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite abwechselnd von zu Hause aus oder fahre in die Arbeit, da gibt es allerdings keinen festen Plan bei mir, das mache ich je nach Lust und Laune. Ich arbeite nur 4 Tage, Montag ist immer mein freier Tag. Nebenbei habe ich gerade eine Ausbildung zur Fachwirtin in Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement zu machen, daher siehst du mich vielleicht ab und zu auch mal beim Lernen.

You live with me, Julia, 32 years old. I like to be out and about, do yoga regularly and go bouldering. But I also like to relax on the sofa watching a movie or reading a book. I also like to cook, although to be honest my motivation to do so always varies a little to that. I also like music a lot and it could be turned on in the apartment often ;-).

I would say that I'm a pretty sociable person. I am open, curious and always interested in meeting new people. So I am certainly happy if we spend some time together, if it fits. However, everything is a possibility, not a must, we will probably see. :-)

I have job and alternate between working from home and going to the office, but I don't have a fixed schedule, I do it according to my mood. I only work 4 days, Monday is always my day off. I'm also training to become a specialist in prevention and health management, so you might see me studying from time to time.

Der Einzugs- bzw. Auszugstermin ist nur eine grobe Angabe und kann gerne noch etwas nach Hinten oder Vorne angepasst werden.
Ich bin so wie es aussieht den ganzen Mai nicht da, d. h. du hättest da die Wohnung dann für dich alleine.

Der Mietpreis beläuft sich monatlich auf 750 Euro kalt + 250 NK, da ist dann Strom, Heizung, Internet, Netflix usw. auch vorhanden.

Ggf. auch Tiefgaragenstellplatz ggn. kleinen Aufpreis möglich, das muss allerdings noch geklärt werden.

The move-in or move-out date is only a rough indication and can be adjusted a little later or earlier.
It looks like I won't be there for the whole of May, which means you'll have the apartment to yourself.

The monthly rent is 750 euros cold + 250 euros additional costs, which includes electricity, heating, internet, Netflix etc..

An underground parking space may also be possible for a small surcharge, but this still needs to be clarified.
