Ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer an, das 14,3 m^2 hat (Bett, großer Kleiderschrank, Spiegelschrank). Auf den Bildern ist das Zimmer noch mit meinem Gebrauchsgegenständen eingerichtet, die ich aber natürlich alle ausräume, sobald Du kommst. Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit Schränken, einer Badewanne und einer Waschmaschine. In der Küche befindet sich eine Einbauküche mit Schränken, ein Esstisch sowie ein Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen kleinen Flur und einen Balkon.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Aubing und Neuaubing an der Bushaltestelle Altenburgstraße. Pasing ist ca. 12 Min. mit dem Bus entfernt und die nächste S-Bahn ist ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt hier diverse Restaurants sowie Supermärkte, wie Rewe, Norma und Edeka.

Ich bin Physikstudentin und daher sehr viel am lernen. Zudem gehe ich regelmäßig ins Gym, arbeite 1x die Woche als Babysitterin und verbringe viel Zeit mit meinem Freund. Ich bin also öfter mal unterwegs. Ansonsten koche ich gerne bei mir zuhause oder schaue was an. :)

Die Vermietung des Zimmers ist erstmal befristet auf ein Jahr, kann evtl. verlängert werden.
