I’m looking for someone (female only, preferably a student) to take over the contract for my room in a shared flat starting from February 2nd, 2025. I need to move back to Bayreuth urgently to focus on writing my thesis at the university.
About the Room:
• Size: 15 m², cosy and well-lit with a lovely view.
• Furnished: Includes a double bed, two spacious wardrobes, a desk, IKEA shelf etc
• Flooring: parquet
About the Flat:
• Location: Situated in a peaceful residential street within an apartment block in a safe neighborhood.
• Transport: Excellent connections! The bus stop and night bus to Pasing are just around the corner.
• Living Situation: The flat is shared by three people in total. Currently, two friendly and tidy tenants live here—a student and a working professional.
We’re looking for someone who is neat, sociable, and easygoing to match the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the flat.
Rent Details:
• Monthly Rent: €610 (includes all utilities—“warm” rent).
• Deposit: Required.

Hallo!
Ich suche eine Nachmieterin (nur weiblich, vorzugsweise Studentin), die ab dem 2. Februar 2025 den Mietvertrag für mein Zimmer in einer WG übernimmt. Ich muss dringend nach Bayreuth zurückziehen, um an meiner Abschlussarbeit an der Universität zu arbeiten.
Zum Zimmer:
• Größe: 15 m², gemütlich und hell mit schönem Ausblick.
• Möbliert: Doppelbett, zwei geräumige Kleiderschränke, Schreibtisch, IKEA-Regal etc.
• Boden: Parkett
Zur Wohnung:
• Lage: Gelegen in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einer sicheren Gegend.
• Verkehrsanbindung: Sehr gute Anbindung! Die Bushaltestelle sowie der Nachtbus nach Pasing sind gleich um die Ecke.
• WG-Leben: Die Wohnung wird insgesamt von drei Personen bewohnt. Derzeit leben hier zwei freundliche und ordentliche Mitbewohnerinnen – eine Studentin und eine Berufstätige.
Wir suchen eine ordentliche, gesellige und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin, die gut zur entspannten und freundlichen Atmosphäre der WG passt.
Mietdetails:
• Monatsmiete: 610 € (inklusive aller Nebenkosten – Warmmiete).
• Kaution: Erforderlich.
