Nice room in nice 3some WG Schönes Zimmer in netter 3er-WG

We live quietly and comfortably near the Westkreuz - so we are well connected even if we are not in the middle of the happening! There are just 3 minutes walk to the bus stop, until you need about 10 (or 2 by bus). You can reach the city centre via Pasing Station in 20-30 minutes.
If you are studying at the Munich University of Applied Sciences at the Campus Pasing, you are perfectly eliminated with us!
Supermarkets and drugstores are also not far away than a 5-10-minute walk.
Pasing also offers you a lot, from the arcades to various restaurants and cafes everything is there.

Wir leben ruhig und gemütlich in der Nähe vom Westkreuz - wir sind also gut angebunden, auch wenn wir nicht mitten im Geschehen sind! Bis zur Bushaltestelle sind es zu Fuß gerade mal 3 Minuten, bis zur S-Bahn brauchst du etwa 10 (oder 2 mit dem Bus). Bis in die Innenstadt kommt man über den Bahnhof Pasing in 20-30 Minuten.
Solltest du an der Hochschule München am Campus Pasing studieren, bist du bei uns perfekt aufgehoben! :-)
Supermärkte und Drogerien sind ebenfalls nicht weiter entfernt als einen 5-10-minütigen Spaziergang.
Auch Pasing bietet dir viel, von den Arcaden über diverse Restaurants und Cafés ist alles dabei.

We are Linda (29) and Sophie (25) and are looking for a loving, open-minded and open new roommate. Linda has just finished with her master and works full-time, Sophie starts her last year at the university.
We are not friends of purpose WGs and are super happy to spend time with each other, yet everyone accepts when the doors are between time and everyone enjoys something me-time! :-)
Common cooking and WG finish with games or a film and the one or other drink are regularly on the plan.
In the WG we have organized a cleaning plan from the beginning - so everyone knows who has what to do and we can make sure everyone feels comfortable; Cleanliness is very important to us (no concern, of course it does not have to flash and shine;)). Otherwise, we take consideration of each other, whether in the case of volume, visit or common agreements. In all points, we are super relaxed and happy to help each other when it gets stressful.

Wir sind Linda (29) und Sophie (25) und suchen nach einer lieben, aufgeschlossenen und offenen neuen Mitbewohnerin. Linda ist gerade mit ihrem Master fertig geworden und arbeitet Vollzeit, Sophie startet jetzt in ihr letztes Jahr an der Uni.
Wir sind keine Freunde von Zweck-WGs und verbringen super gerne Zeit miteinander, trotzdem akzeptiert jeder, wenn die Türen zwischendurch mal zu sind und jeder etwas Me-Time genießt! :-)
Gemeinsames Kochen und WG-Abende mit Spielen oder einem Film und dem ein oder anderen Getränk sind bei uns regelmäßig auf dem Plan.
In der WG haben wir von Beginn an einen Putzplan organisiert - so weiß jeder, wer was zu tun hat und wir können sichergehen, dass sich alle wohlfühlen; Sauberkeit ist uns nämlich super wichtig (keine Sorge, es muss natürlich nicht blitzen und glänzen ;)). Ansonsten nehmen wir Rücksicht aufeinander, sei es bei Lautstärke, Besuch oder gemeinsamen Absprachen. In allen Punkten sind wir super entspannt und helfen uns gerne gegenseitig, wenn es mal stressig wird.

The warm rental is an all-inclusive rental, so with electricity costs. In addition, only the shared GEZ contribution and 15€ per person and month for the very reliable WLAN are added.
Your contract includes a bed and your pre-rente also has her old desk in the basement, which you can have if you want. The WG is fully equipped and we also have a washing machine in the bathroom - so you don't have to use the common machine in the basement ;).
If you have a car, there are plenty of parking options in the area. You can also rent a parking space if necessary, but you definitely don't need it.

Die Warmmiete ist eine "All-inclusive-Miete", also mit Stromkosten. Hinzu kommen lediglich noch der geteilte GEZ-Beitrag und 15€ pro Person und Monat für das sehr verlässliche WLAN.
Dein Vertrag inkludiert ein Bett und deine Vormieterin hat auch noch ihren alten Schreibtisch im Keller, den du gerne haben kannst wenn du möchtest. Die WG ist insgesamt top ausgestattet und wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine im Bad - du musst also nicht die Gemeinschaftsmaschine im Keller nutzen ;).
Falls du ein Auto hast, gibt es in der Umgebung ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Du kannst dir bei Bedarf auch einen Stellplatz mieten, brauchst du aber definitiv nicht.
