In a newly built house, the 2-Zi apartment is located in the Sousterrain with a courtyard and has floor depth windows, as well as a private entrance to each of the two rooms. The lighthouse is so large that the rooms are absolutely bright and the lighthouse can be used as a terrace. The rooms have "hotel character" because they are accessible from outside with their own keys.
Like the entire apartment, the room is fully furnished. The furniture is new, modern and friendly.
They consist of a white bed (140 times 200cm), a beautiful white desk with 1 or 2 chairs, a spacious wardrobe and a floor lamp. TV possible!

The apartment has 2 equally large rooms that both lead to the common hallway. From there the small, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and dishwasher as well as the bathroom goes off. Everything is new, modern and in a very good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, but is not suitable for expensive cooking or the like.

Each room has its own entrance with its own key and you can enter it directly from the outside. The rooms are made a little bit like hotel-rooms, completely furnished and very modern. It has a white bed (140/200cm), a white table with 1 or 2 chairs, quite a big wardorbe and another light. Flat screen TV available if you like...

The flat has 2 rooms from which you enter the floor. From the floor, there is a kitchen with fridge and dish washer and a bathroom with bathtube and shower. Everything is new and in really good conditions. Even if the kitchen is fully equipped, it is not made for "the big cooking events"...

IMPORTANT: The internet is quite normally available, but the phone often has no reception due to the Sousterrain.
Before the apartment the phone usually has reception.

The internet is running normally in the room but the mobile phone often doesn't have connection IN THE ROOM. In front of the house the mobile phone is working...

In einem neu gebauten Haus befindet sich die 2-Zi-Wohnung im Sousterrain mit Lichthof und verfügt über bodentiefe Fenster, sowie einen eigenen Eingang zu jedem der beiden Zimmer. Der Lichthof ist so groß, dass die Zimmer absolut hell sind und der Lichthof als Terasse genutzt werden kann. Die Zimmer haben "Hotelcharakter", weil sie jeweils eigens von aussen mit eigenem Schlüssel zugängig sind.
Das Zimmer ist - wie die gesamte Wohnung - voll möbliert. Die Möbel sind neu, modern und freundlich.
Sie bestehen aus einem weißen Bett (140 mal 200cm), einem schönen, weißen Schreibtisch mit 1 oder 2 Stühlen, einem großzügigen Schrank und einer Stehlampe. TV möglich!

Die Wohnung hat 2 gleichgroße Zimmer, die beide auf den gemeinsamen Flur führen. Von dort geht die kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine sowie das Bad ab. Alles ist neu, modern und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist zwar voll ausgestattet, eignet sich aber nicht für aufwendiges Kochen o.ä.
ACHTUNG: SCHLECHTER HANDYEMPFANG IN DER WOHNUNG. INTERNET/WHATSAPP OK!
