Cozy 14 sqm furnished room with cute plants!

I will be going away three weeks for my job and I would like to sublet my room during this time to a tidy and respectful person.

The House offers:
A huge garden with a terrace.
Living room with a sound system and projector.
Bar room.
Laundry room.
Large kitchen with all appliances.
4 bathrooms (2 with showers + toilet, 2 just with toilet and sink).
Garage.

Our WG is in a quiet neighborhood with mostly family houses, making it a calm, yet well-connected area. It's easy to get around - the U2 subway is 6 minutes away, and Tram 21 is only a 4-minute walk. At night, you can catch Tram N19 in the same short distance. Grocery stores are within 15 minutes' walking distance. Ostpark is just behind our garden, and Michaelibad is 10 minutes by foot.

We're a group of 8 friends who really love the idea of living together, and we're on the lookout for a 9th person to join our fun group. Our place has a strong sense of community, but don’t worry, we totally get the need for your own space too.

We often find ourselves doing things together like having BBQs, gardening, enjoying a cup of tea, chatting over beers in our bar, or watching movies in the living room. We take pride in keeping our place clean and welcoming—it's always a nice surprise for our friends to see how tidy we manage to keep the house, even with all of us here. And we’re hoping you’re keen to help keep it that way too.
