Room is very cozy and big. The sun shines in the afternoon and keeps a nice room temperature.

It would be very conveninent that the next tenant keeps the furniture in the room for +250€. Furniture that will stay: wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers, bed frame + matress.

The apartment has 3 big rooms, a big kitchen, cute balcony, one bathroom and a toilette (WC in a separate room than main bathroom).

A basement is also available with room for a few luggages/boxes and bike parking in the backyard.

The flat is 7 minutes walk to Ostbanhof (all S-bahn and U5). S8 will drive you to Munich airport in 30 minutes.

Werksviertel München is also in 10 minutes walk. There is a very good atmosphere, nice bars, restaurants, rooftops, fleamarkets, art events, etc.

If you like climbing there is Boulderwelt Ost and Heavens Gate (also 10 minutes).

Supermarkets: Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Edeka (the one in Ostbanhof opens Mon-Sun 7-23h).

They are all working and combing office and home office days.

Flatmates are quite independent but we like cooking, organizing dinners with friends or go climbing. Very easy going and happy and open to new plans.
