Dear apartment-hunters!

I offer a room for rent for 750€ per month starting from the 01.01.2025.
Everything is included.: Internet, Electricity, Water, GEZ etc. in a two-person shared apartment
Your room is very spacious 22 m2 big. There is already a bed and a workstation table included as well as a cupboard etc.

Bike parking spot and dry basement as well.

The apartment is located at Neumarketer Strasse 4A, close to Leuchtenbergring, approx 3 min from the S-bahn station Leuchtenbergring and 5 min away from the Ampfingstraße tram stop and bus stop. Edeka is 5 minutes away. There are a few gyms (Fitstar, Gold Gym, Clever Fit) also very close by. There is an Indian and a Turkish grocery store at walking distance as well.

You will me sharing the apart with me. My name is Archie. I am from India.
I have been living in Munich for 6 years now. I came here for my Masters at TUM and then started working full time as a Data Analyst. I am 29 years old. In my free time, I like to visit places close by to Munich, parks and mountains.
