Dear Room Seekers,
Starting from December 1st, 2024, my wonderful room near München Ostbahnhof will be available.
The room is 12.92 m² and features a large south-facing window, offering a glimpse of the Alps on clear days.
The building is relatively new, and the apartment comes with everything you could wish for: 2 bathrooms (both with showers), two balconies (one in the over 40 m² living kitchen), underfloor heating throughout, and electric shutters.
Location
The apartment is conveniently located near München Ostbahnhof, just 3-4 minutes by bike from either the train station or the Werksviertel area. The tram and bus stops are less than a minute’s walk from the house.
There are plenty of supermarkets and other shops in the area, with the nearest Edeka only 20 meters away.
Flatmates
Your future flatmates are Carlos and Miguel, both originally from Spain. The flatshare life is very relaxed; we enjoy spending time together, sometimes having a glass of wine, cooking together, or inviting friends over, but everyone also values their personal space.
The heart of the apartment is the huge living kitchen, with a dining table, breakfast bar, large sofa, and balcony, where you can spend quality time together. (An important detail: the apartment is the opposite of noisy – even if there are 10 people partying in the living room, you won’t hear a thing in your room!)
