The house is located in Daglfing (part of Bogenhausen) on the S8, in about 1 min walk you reach the next bus stop, in about 10-13 min walk the S-Bhf Daglfing (only 3 min by bike). From Daglfing, the S-Bahn takes only 15 minutes to Marienplatz.

Das Haus liegt in Daglfing (Teil von Bogenhausen) an der S8, in ca 1 min zu Fuß erreichst Du die nächste Bushaltestelle, in ca. 10-13 min zu Fuß den S-Bhf Daglfing (nur 3 min mit dem Fahrrad). Von Daglfing fährt die S-Bahn nur 15 min bis zum Marienplatz.

We are a four-headed family, our children are 8 and almost 12 years old. We had a student as a roommate for four years and now another one for 1 year - and this has worked so far wonderfully.

We wish a roommate who is also uncomplicated and also likes to participate in the family life. We don't want to rent the room for the most part, we're looking for someone with whom we can live well together and who can help and like childcare. In the past, we had agreed to take care of an evening a week, which is no longer so important. Now it would be more important for us that for individual afternoons, if we are both prevented, you can take over the supervision and, if necessary, trips to sports. If necessary, sometimes also accompany the school path in the morning (only 5 min by bike). The children can also be employed by themselves, but should not be completely unattended. In most of the time, we like to take care of our children :)
The room does not cost more than an average living room, but living with us offers you a lot more comfort and a more beautiful environment, for this we are looking forward to providing support in the daily life of you (which can, depending on the possibilities, clean up figs / dishwasher, prepare dinner, play with the children or mean lawnmowers. No substitute for cleaning women, but common living and usual assistance). About once a month at the WE Babysitting would be great so that we can do something without the kids.

Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie, unsere Kinder sind 8 und fast 12 Jahre alt. Wir hatten schon vier Jahre lang eine Studentin als Mitbewohnerin und jetzt 1 Jahr lang eine andere - und das hat bisher wunderbar funktioniert.

Wir wünschen uns eine Mitbewohnerin, die ebenfalls unkompliziert ist und auch Lust hat, teilweise am Familenleben teilzunehmen. Wir wollen das Zimmer nicht meistbietend vermieten, sondern suchen nach jemandem, mit dem wir gut zusammen leben können und der auch ab und zu bei der Kinderbetreuung mithelfen kann und mag. Früher hatten wir Betreuung für einen Abend in der Woche vereinbart, das ist jetzt nicht mehr ganz so wichtig. Jetzt wäre es für uns wichtiger, dass Du für einzelne Nachmittage, wenn wir beide verhindert sind, die Aufsicht und ggf Fahrten zum Sport übernehmen kannst. Wenn nötig, ggf. vereinzelt auch morgens den Schulweg begleiten (nur 5 min mit dem Fahrrad). Die Kinder können sich auch schon gut allein beschäftigen, sollten dabei aber nicht gänzlich unbeaufsichtigt sein :). In der meisten Zeit betreuuen wir unsere Kinder gerne auch selbst :)
Das Zimmer kostet nicht mehr als ein durchschnittliches Wohnheimzimmer, das Wohnen mit uns bietet Dir aber sehr viel mehr Komfort und eine schönere Umgebung, dafür freuen wir uns über Unterstützung im täglichen Leben von Dir (das kann je nach Möglichkeiten mal Fegen / Spülmaschine ausräumen, Abendessen zubereiten, mit den Kindern spielen oder Rasenmähen bedeuten. Kein Putzfrau-Ersatz, aber gemeinsames Wohnen und die übliche Mithilfe). Ca. einmal im Monat am WE Babysitten, wäre toll, damit wir auch einmal etwas ohne die Kinder machen können.

If you're inspiring for basketball games, and that's what our kids are looking forward to. Since we are not great gardeners, we are happy to bring in some green thumb;)
Cooking skills are not a prerequisite but of course welcome!
Of course you can also use the garden and the terrace. Parties would have to be agreed.

Wenn Du Dich für's Basketballspielen begeistern kannst, und das auch gerne tust, dann freut das unsere Kinder ganz besonders. Da wir keine großen Gärtner sind, freuen wir uns, wenn Du mit wenigstens einem etwas grünen Daumen einziehst ;)
Kochkünste sind keine Voraussetzung aber natürlich willkommen!
Selbstverständlich darfst Du selbst auch den Garten und die Terrasse mitbenutzen. Parties müssten aber abgesprochen werden.
