Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß (Bett kann übernommen werden). Da die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt hat man vom Balkon am großen Wohnzimmer eine schöne Sicht. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne + ein seperates Badezimmer mit Toilette sowie eine moderne Küche.
Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, ist dafür aber in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel. Tram und Bus sind in 5-10 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie eine Menge an Supermärkten etc.
Hi, ich bin Luisa, 18 Jahre alt und Studentin. Ich wohne selbst erst seit knapp zwei Wochen hier, unsere Wg ist zusammen mit Tobi somit fast wieder eine Neugründung. Es ist keine reine Zweck-Wg, Privatsphäre und ein eigener Rückzugsort ist uns aber trotzdem sehr wichtig. Wir wünschen uns eine offene und entspannte Wg wo man auch mal zusammen Kochen, einen Film schauen oder feiern gehen kann :)
