Rooms
The room has cozy 10 m2 and is flooded with light and furnished. The room includes a desk with a lamp, a shelf and a wall shelf, a dresser and a bed as well as a desk chair. There is an additional larger wardrobe on the hallway, which you can use alone. All these furniture are left by me and are in good condition.
Location
The location is very central and yet quiet. There are numerous shops in the surrounding area. You walk about 8 minutes to the subway and bus stop Böhmerwaldplatz. With the wheel you are in the interior for about 15 minutes, e.g. at the LMU main building. At the same time, you will be in the first small park after 5 min walk. :
In the street you usually find a parking lot quite fast if you have a car.
WG life
Your future roommates would be Marsa, Aleksandra and Leo. We are a mixed professional and student WG and therefore also often have very different time rythms, yet all always look forward to a conversation in the kitchen, for example when cooking. :D
Other
Your rental costs are approx. 13€ for the GEZ and Internet. The detachment includes the furniture and a washing machine we bought last month.

Zimmer
Das Zimmer umfasst gemütliche 10 m² und ist lichtdurchflutet sowie möbliert. Zum Zimmer gehören ein Schreibtisch mit einer Lampe, ein Regal und ein Wandregal, eine Kommode und ein Bett sowie ein Schreibtischstuhl. Auf dem Gang steht noch ein zusätzlicher größerer Kleiderschrank, den allein du nutzen kannst. Diese ganzen Möbel werden von mir hinterlassen und sind in gutem Zustand.
Lage
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. In der nahen Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Du läufst ca. 8 min zu Fuß zur U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle Böhmerwaldplatz. Mit dem Rad bist du in ca. 15 min in der Innenstand z.B. beim LMU-Hauptgebäude. Zugleich stehst du auch nach 5 min Fußweg im ersten kleinen Park. :)
In der Straße findet man meistens recht schnell einen Parkplatz falls du ein Auto hast.
WG-Leben
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner und Mitbewohnerinnen wären Marsa, Aleksandra und Leo. Wir sind eine gemischt Berufstätigen- und Studierenden-WG und haben dementsprechend auch oft sehr unterschiedliche Zeitrythmen, dennoch freuen sich alle immer über ein Gespräch in der Küche z.B. beim Kochen. :D
Sonstiges
Zu deinen Mietkosten kommen noch ca. 13€ für die GEZ und Internet hinzu. Die Ablöse umfasst die Möbel und eine Waschmaschine, die wir letzen Monat gekauft haben.
