As someone who enjoys the company of intellectuals—pardon the term, “Nerds”—I’m quite easy-going as long as you respect my morning routine. I love my coffee, and my day truly starts after I’ve enjoyed my second cup; that’s when you’ll see my best mood!
I have a preference for hosting a male student, primarily to keep our living environment drama-free. A housekeeper comes by twice a month to assist with general cleaning, but it’s important that you take responsibility for keeping your own room tidy and managing your recycling efforts.
To ensure harmonious living, I've established a few ground rules that I believe make life together more enjoyable:
1. **No Shoes Indoors**: Please remove your shoes as soon as you step inside. It helps keep our space clean.

5. **Daily Laughter**: Let’s commit to sharing a laugh every day. Laughter fosters positive energy and makes the living experience delightful.
6. **Political Preferences**: I prefer not to host any Trump supporters, as differing political views can create unnecessary tensions.
In my professional life, I work with voices, and I am currently engaged in writing my second book. Occasionally, after interacting with complex clients, I may need to retreat to my room for a bit of solitude to recharge. Please know that if I do this, it’s nothing personal; I just need some downtime.
If you smoke, feel free to step outside into the garden.
Lastly, we will share the costs for essentials like toilet paper and soap, keeping things fair for both of us. Upon your move-out, there will be a €95 fee for deep cleaning the room.
