Hello everyone! I’m Bianca, an italian based in Munich. I’m moving out and I’d like to rent my super cozy and spacious room.
Is a 24 sq/m room (huge size for Munich standards) in a 3WG, available for rent (3 months from December-Feb - possible to extend).
The room is fully furnished as well as the apartment!

The flat is in an amazing neighborhood, close to the city center but not crowded at all.

U4 Böhmerwaldplatz station (4 minutes far)/S1/2/4/6/8 (8 minutes from the flat).
There’re are also a lot of supermarkets reachable in 2/3 min, like Rewe, Edeka but also Netto or Basic Bio.

My other two flatmates are both male, students/workers like me. I couldn’t ask for better flatmates! The balance in the flat is great ‘cause we know what we care about (cleanliness, respect, chill together but also having our private time).

Probably the flat will be quite empty during Christmas
time ‘cause we will all be traveling back home!
