The house is located in the northern part of Munich, right next to Olympiapark (Oberwiesenfeld)
The area is very calm, green & residential with more or less 10 min walk to everything including grocery store, ubahn (U3), bus etc. There are also 3 lakes close by, just 10-20 min by foot & a very nice biotope (naturschutzgebiet).
With publiv transport it takes around 10 min to Marienplatz & Sendlinger Tor.
We are all in our late 20s / early 30s, full-time working & enjoying beers on the weekend.
We are all involved with some type of art, either painting, performance, music etc.
Open-minded, relaxed, likes to get to know new people but also take time to be by ourselves.
Easy-breezy atmosphere.
