Ich habe ein Zimmer in meiner modernen und gemütlichen Wohnung in Feldmoching frei und suche ab März einen neuen Mitbewohner*in.
Zur Wohnung:
Das Haus wurde 2022 gebaut und liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, perfekt für Naturliebhaber*innen – Seen und Grünflächen sind ganz in der Nähe. Gleichzeitig bist du super angebunden: Die U2 und S1 sind nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt oder 1 Minute mit dem Bus (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür). In 20–25 Minuten bist du in der Innenstadt, und auch zum Flughafen gibt es eine bequeme Verbindung.
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über drei Etagen. Neben einem gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer gibt es drei Zimmer, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen etc.) und auch das Wohnzimmer ist komplett möbliert – diese Bereiche nutzen wir gemeinsam.

The house was built in 2022 and is located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for nature lovers - lakes and green spaces are nearby. At the same time, you are very well connected: The U2 and S1 are just a 7-minute walk away or 1 minute by bus (bus stop right outside the door). You can be in the city center in 20-25 minutes, and there is also a convenient connection to the airport.
The apartment is spread over three floors. In addition to a shared living room, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. fridge, dishwasher, oven etc.) and the living room is also fully furnished - we share these areas.
