The room is located on the top floor, therefore the whole floor is yours. There is a small room (9m3) and the floor has something like 18m3. It is an Attic so all the walls are accordingly.
It has a small window one one side, two on top and one in the small room.
**300€ are requested for existing furnitures**
It is located literally less than one minute to Hasenbergl Ubahn station. There are also bus connection to Olympia einkaufszentrum (bus 60).
At the corner of the haus are a bakery, apotheke, NKD, Edeka, pizzeria, Medical center, Stadtbibliothek, DHL …
At the neighborhood you can find Mira (einkaufszentrum) (less than 10‘ walk or one ubahn station away) Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, Netto and some lakes aroun 15-20’ distance 😁
We are currently 6 people living in here. One of them is always away so we dont see him ( he moved in february)
Sergio lives in the ground floor where he shared toilett with Antonio ( the guy we dont see 😂)
First floor Ivanna,Massiel, Carmelo and soon you will share the bathroom that appear in the pictures.
Sergio and Carmelo are studying at Uni. Ivanna, Antonio and I are workers so everyone have different schedules.
We try to meet or gather, however it could be a little difficult because our different schedules, we get on well anyway 😉
We have a schedule for cleaning which is very important to follow and respect common areas! WE DONT WANT TO BE CLEANING AFTER YOU OR SENDING REMINDERS TO CLEAN🧹
We live in a big house therefore trash containers should be taken every week. Grass should be cutted during sumer, entrance should be free of snow in winter and Keller maintain clean.😁
Sadly pets are not allowed 😭
You hve a lot of space to park (🚗 or 🚲)
