Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bett (Matratze und Bezüge) und einem kleineren Schrank. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon, dieser eignet sich die Füße zu vertreten.
Das Bad ist noch ein etwas älteres, Renovierung ist für 2025/2026 geplant.
Die Küche wurde im Sommer 2023 komplet renovierti.
Die Wohnung ist 500m von der U- und S-Bahn-Haltestelle Feldmoching entfernt. Durch die S1 kommt man auch nachts immer wieder zur Wohnung.
Direkt vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle mit dem man auch die 500m fahren könnte. An der U/S-Bahn-Haltestelle befindet sich ein Aldi und ein Bäcker der 7 Tage die Woche offen hat.
Perfekt auch für BMW Mitarbeiter, da es nur 4 U-Bahnstationen bis zum FIZ sind.
Seit Mai 2013 gibt es diese WG.
Wir sind alle etwas ruhiger. Ich bin beruflich sehr viel unterwegs, wenn ich aber da bin, bin ich für jedes Gespräch zu haben. Gerne können wir auch mal gemeinsam kochen. Die andere Mitbewohnerin ist Studentin. Man sollte kein Party Mensch sein.
Ich bin zu jeder Tageszeit zu erreichen, am besten per Mail.
Die drei Zimmer sind mit Laminat ausgestattet und der Rest ist beschrieben.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und zum Flur hin offen.
Das Bad ist noch ein etwas älteres.
Es gibt keine weiteren Nebenkosten alles ist drin auch GEZ und Wlan !
