Hello! Welcome to your dream international apartment, featuring 3 spacious, newly renovated and fully furnished. The shared kitchen is equipped with big fridge and freezer, stove top, ofen, and dishwashers, ensuring enough space and efficiency for all tenants. The terrace provides space to relax and unwind,complete with an outside lounge area and backyard offers plenty of space for outdoor activities.

A little bit about myself: I’m Sophie, a former tenant of Bavarian Casa 1 who now lives with the landlord, Tobi. Being an American girl, I loved the idea of establishing a community for people who are new in Munich and seek new friendships and experiences. This apartment is supposed to create a space for people who want to discover the German culture but also want to feel safe in an international environment.

We aim to find tenants who are willing to create a peaceful and respectful community, where one has the option to unwind in their private room or be social and seek conversation in the common area.

Since the house is newly renovated at 2022 you would be one of the first who move in! Its important for us to find tenants who we think will get along so we will take the time to get to know you and make sure you vibe with the other new tenants.

Our aim is to find long term tenants who want to stay for at least 1 year.
