Es wird ein separates abschließbares Zimmer im Glockenbach für von 1 Woche bis 3 Monate zur Zwischenmiete ohne KVR angeboten.
Ich wohne alleine in der Wohnung, werde aber verreisen, deswegen vermiete ich eins der 2 Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ein Schlafzimmer, und ist für die "erste Zeit" bzw. begrenzte Zeit gedacht.
Die Küche ist im anderen Zimmer, und deswegen ist die Küchenmitnutzung nicht vorgesehen. Wenn ich verreise, kann man eine Vereinbarung treffen, und die Küche nutzen.
Das Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne wird zusammengenutzt.
Im Zimmer ist ein Bett vorhanden, Tisch, Stuhl.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles ist sehr gut erreichbar.
Der Preis versteht sich inklusive alle Nebenkosten (inkl. Strom, etc.).

A room in city center is rented. The rent is for a limited time, and without "Anmeldung" KVR.

The apartment has 2 rooms, in 1 room there is a kitchen that is not well separated from the room. Therefore, the kitchen can not be used together. Exceptions can be made, when I am travelling and we have an agreement.
Bathroom is used together, it has a big bathtub.
The room has a bed, table, chair.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Glockenbach, ist sehr zentral, und ist nah zur U Bahn Station Fraunhoferstrasse.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 2 Haltestellen entfernt, Netto und DM sind im gleichen Gebäude.
The Apartment is very central, in the nice quarter of the city Glockenbach. The metro Station Frauenhoferstrasse is 3 min walk.
Main train station is 2 Stations away, Netto and DM are just downstairs.
Ich bin 39, sportlich, nicht Raucher. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt, keine Tiere.
Gehe gerne joggen, spiele volleyball, reise viel.
