This is perfect for a couple or siblings who get along witch each other.
The appartment is suitable for two persons and is fully furnished with a double bed, own kitchen just for you guys.

The bathroom is going to be shared with 1 girl from India and 1 guy from Turkey living on the same floor.
The house has a huge garden about 700m² which can be used as well - perfect for summer.
The rent of 1250€ includes all additional costs such as: Water, heating, electricity, internet and GEZ.
Registration is of course possible.
The room is available immediately, we are looking for someone who would like to move in from now to 15.03

The house is a 5-minute walk from the subway line U6 Großhadern.
The U6 takes you within 15 minutes to Marienplatz and further to the university and also to Garching.
There is a bakery, butcher, supermarket, banks, gas station and post office in the immediate neighborhood.
The floor is shared with two persons only the bathroom is shared.
