The room is already equipped with useful furniture: a bed, cupboard, shelf, roll container, bed box, desk, and chair. All pieces can be moved with more or less effort, and they can be moved and added to as desired.

The apartment has a kitchen with an electric stove, a fridge, and a cupboard. The private toilet and bathroom (sink and shower) are attached to the room itself.

Within the dormitory, there are a variety of common rooms available for social activities.

If you bring a car into the dormitory, you will need to rent an underground parking space from the Studentenwerk. But these are not very expensive. You will also find many bicycle parking spaces in the underground car parks and on the premises.

KVR is not possible.

The residential complex on Sauerbruchstrasse is in an optimal location in every respect. It has excellent transport connections and offers plenty of shopping and leisure opportunities. Munich's biggest hospital at a 5 minute walking distance.
