Da ich für zwei Monate im Ausland bin, würde ich ab dem 1.8.24 bis 1.10.24 mein Zimmer zur Zwieschenmiete anbieten. Das Zimmer ist ca 15 qm gross mit eigenem Bad und voll möbiliert mit Doppelbett. Küche und Balkon teilt man sich mit den Mitbewohnern.
In 10 Minuten ist man bei der UBahn (U6,
Haderner Stern). Von dort aus ist man in 14 Minuten am Marienplatz. Der schöne Westpark ist auch in der Nähe.
Du wirst hier dir mit 7 Mitbewohnern die Küche und den Balkon teilen. Das Zusammenleben ist echt entspannt. Wichtig ist nur, dass du keinen Dreck hinterlässt und du eine gute Hygiene hast. Es kommt auch 2 Mal die Woche eine Putzfrau (für die Gemeinschaftsräume). Es gibt extra einen Waschraum mit 15 Waschmaschinen und 6 Trocknern (50ct pro Einlauf). Im Wohnheim werden außerdem so circa 2 mal im Monat Veranstaltungen organisiert an denen du aber nicht teilnehmen musst.
Du musst Studentin mit aktueller Immatrikulationsbescheinigung sein, um die zwischenmiete anmelden zu können. Dies ist Pflicht.
